Terrano is a brand known in Poland for its exceptionally well-selected assortment of tiles, armature and bathrooms equipment. In 2013, we were invited to design a showroom which would show the brand's strength with fresh energy. The venue that our team has designed has evoked and set the new direction not only for Terrano but also for the entire industry.
Look, touch and think.
After the analysis of competing salons, we came up to the conclusion that all the stores look the same and do not focus enough on the appropriate display of products and their accessibility. The other issue we have noticed was that clients are not given space to rest, think and discuss the choice they are about to make for their homes interiors. We have decided to change it.
Our main focus was to create a display which would interact with customers and would encourage them to walk down the alleys of the showroom with interest, not boredom or exhaustion. The tiles had been displayed like pieces of art on walls of the gallery. The only difference is that in Terrano showroom you can not only watch but also touch them. The bathrooms furnishings were displayed in cubicles looking like real bathrooms to give a proper idea and inspiration. And if Terrano clients need to rest and think, they have plenty of spaces to do so.
Well diagnosed needs, a soundly worked out conception and uncompromising execution, quickly brought results which made the management truly happy. Sales went up by 70% in only 12 months after the opening of the new showroom.
